As a veteran transitioning from military service, I began a journey in construction and eventually discovered my interest in the plumbing trade. With over 21 years of experience, I’ve worked in different roles, from service vehicles to crew leaders for large and small businesses.
Despite my various positions, I felt the effects of long hours and corporate politics on my health. In 2021, I decided to strike out on my own, seeking autonomy, a better work-life balance, and the ability to provide exceptional service on my terms.
I believe in honest and truthful work—no shortcuts or compromises. My approach is to provide extensive explanations, aid consumers, and ensure the project is done right the first time. Luckily, I have found like-minded people with the same values and ethics.
This has helped me transform from a service plumber to a growing and customer-centric company. Honesty is vital, in my view.
